Terms and Conditions

By making a booking with Premier Boat Charter you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions during your time with us. Where the booking is made as a group then the person making the booking must ensure that all passengers have read and agree with these terms and conditions​

These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with English Law, and any claim brought under these conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Law.

Premier Boat Charter shall not be liable to any passenger, for any loss or damage which arises out of or in connection with or as a consequence of the operation of Premier Boat Charter including, but not being limited to, loss of profit, damage to or loss of property or items belonging to the passenger and any personal injury to the passenger.

Premier Boat Charter operates all year round subject to sea conditions & numbers.

Bookings and cancellations

A minimum 25% Deposit Payment is due at the time of booking. The balancing amount is due a six weeks prior to the booking date.

Cancellations will be due a partial refund on the following basis:

              28 days or more notice   – 100% of booking fee

              27 - 14 days’ notice          – 50% of booking fee

              Less than 14 days notice – 0% refund

All guests should arrive at our agreed meeting point no less than 30 minutes prior to departure to ensure time is allowed for a full safety briefing. A late charter late departure time will not result in an extended return time to accommodate a full day’s charter. Please ensure you provide us with a mobile telephone number that your lead passenger (principle) will have with them on the booking day.
